Titanium grade 1 is a high tensile grade which is an ideal application for industrial application. These pipes are made of iron, aluminum, and other elements. These Titanium Grade 1 seamless and welded pipes are highly ductile and made for long-term usage. These pipes are commonly used in high-temperature applications.

Titanium grade 2 has excellent high durability, high tensile, and yield strength. This alloy has excellent formability in cold working as well. The tensile strength of an alloy is 39900, whereas the yield strength is 49900. Titanium grade 2 seamless and welded pipes provide excellent resistance from corrosion, erosion, oxidation, and crevice corrosion.

Similarly, Titanium grade 5 is an alloy made of 4% vanadium and 6% aluminum. This combination provides excellent resistance to this grade. It also increases its stability and strength.
